Wedding reception party is the first public appearance of the couple together, after wedding where they receive the blessing and gifts from the relatives and friends. It is a way that the groom's community welcomes the bride with open arms.

Wedding reception party is held in garden, courtyard, farm houses, and restaurant and so on. The stage is at one end of the place and the eating zone is at the other end. The Hall and the stage are decorated with red roses, orchids, carnations and many other flowers. Apart from flowers, bandhani cloth, balloons, and diyas are also used for decorations.
